BotsIQ is proud to bring the Uniquely Abled Academy (Academy) to southwestern Pennsylvania.
The Uniquely Abled Academy is an intensive career-training program designed to prepare individuals with autism and neurodiversity for successful careers in advanced manufacturing. Through hands-on CNC machining instruction, job-readiness training, and connections with local manufacturers, participants build the technical and workplace skills needed to begin a meaningful career.
BotsIQ’s first Uniquely Abled Academy cohort starts October 6th at our Training & Education Center in Bellevue, PA.
BotsIQ’s parent organization, the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA, offers industry-driven apprenticeship training designed to help manufacturers build and strengthen their skilled workforce. Programs include the 4-Year Machinist Apprenticeship and the 1-Year CNC Operator Apprenticeship, combining structured classroom instruction with hands-on, on-the-job training and a clear pathway for career advancement.
