Michel leads the development and expansion of BotsIQ in southwestern Pennsylvania. She collaborates with partner organizations to provide hands-on projects and learning opportunities for youth and works to raise awareness and interest in manufacturing career pathways.  During her time with BotsIQ, Michel has expanded programming to include BotsIQ Academy, the Close the Loop program, and the BotsIQ Cobot Challenge. Her responsibilities also include managing all BotsIQ events and competitions, fundraising activities, marketing and public relations, providing school support and teacher professional development.

JoAnna is responsible for supporting BotsIQ’s school and student relationships and is regularly meeting with our teachers and students!  JoAnna strengthens BotsIQ’s impact and ensures that schools and students have the support and resources they need to be successful in BotsIQ’s programs. 

Oula Abdul Ghani

Oula support BotsIQ’s mission to provide all students with an opportunity to explore manufacturing. She designs hands-on activities and projects aligned to in-demand technical skills for youth to explore careers in manufacturing and STEM.  Oula’s lessons are created as a co-teaching model that not only impact the students in the classroom, but also the educator, serving as a professional development opportunity for them to connect educational standards to technical skills needed by industry.

Oula also coordinates and leads BotsIQ’s summer camps and out-of-school activities.

Maria Campieri

Maria works with high school career counselors, administrators, BotsIQ teachers, students, and parents to share manufacturing career-related opportunities. Through BotsIQ’s Close the Loop program, Maria helps students develop individual career plans and provides career training including resume and cover letter writing, career portfolios, and mock interviews. She collaborates with regional workforce investment boards, post-secondary training centers, colleges/universities, and manufacturers to find and create these opportunities for BotsIQ students and assists manufacturers in the development of facility tours, job shadowing, co-op and internship programs.

Liz supports BotsIQ’s expanding list of educational manufacturing events for the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA. She assists with the planning and coordinating of BotsIQ’s Competitions, teacher professional development sessions and student related trainings throughout the school year. She is also the main point of contact for coordinating the Pittsburgh Chapter’s continuing education events for industry professionals, the Annual Golf Outing and other special events.

In addition, Liz manages the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA’s machinist apprenticeship related theory training program assisting both apprentices and employers throughout the region.
